Nina Caprez rinuncia a The Nose con Lynn Hill

What do I need to do better in the Nose next year? The answer is pretty much straight forward: More finger power and body core. Short: I need to be stronger. Those kind of projects are more or less the foundation and motivation of my life. I know what I have to do and where I wanna go. Thanks @jan_novak_photography for this photo on my very last day in the route that year. El Cap, please don’t move, I have some undone business up there! Huge congrats to Connor and @keitakurakami for their send after such a long investment! Good luck to my friends @babsizangerl and @jacopolarcher It’s so awesome to see that 25 years after @_linacolina_ free ascent, the route is still glory and so damn hard! Lynn, you were way ahead everyone. Again, respect… #noseproject #yosemite #bigwall #itgoesboys @arcteryx @petzl_official @scarpaspa @msr_gear @lyofood @hard.bar @hydroflask

Best thing after climbing a big wall: taking a swim in the cold river and drinking a beer in the meadows. Climbing 98% free of the Nose together with @_linacolina_ over the last 3 days has been a total blast! I’m getting there, still need to work a little bit on those 4 meters in changing corners, but you can’t believe how satisfied I feel so far by freeing every other pitch. Sending the great roof felt sooooo good! Lynn has been gorgeous; elle a simplement la grande classe. I’m going to write another blog about those 3 days of pure celebration of the 25th anniversary of the first free ascent. Stay tuned! An enormous thanks to @bliptzin , @jonglassberg and our crew for capturing those days on the wall and for the big encouragements! The time with my partner Lynn is over now. We spent an entire month together; went through ups and downs and became friends. Lynn, thanks for everything!!! #lovelife #yosemite #noseproject @scarpa_spa @scarpana @petzl_official @arcteryx @lyofood @msr_gear @hard.bar
