(English) Chinese cyclist missing in Himalaya since 2 months

KATHMANDU, Nepal–Chinese cyclist Yang Wen has gone missing in the mid-western region of Nepal. According to Yang’s family members, the 29-year-old last contacted his family members on messaging site WeChat from Gamgadhi, the district headquarters of Mugu, on August 11.

Yang’s whereabouts have remained unknown since then. He was heading to mountainous district Humla. He was supposed to reach in Simikot by August 17.
Yang, who weighs 58 kg, is 175cm tall.
Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN) has urged all to inform it if anyone has any information about Yang.
