KATHMANDU, Nepal–In a bid to conserve heritage, culture and tourism in the country, Eplanet is all set to organizing an international beauty pageant ‘Miss Heritage International’ soon.
‘Buddha and Mount Everest are the identity of us Nepali’, is the slogan of pageant that will be kicked off in August.
Three dozen countries including Italy, India, Egypt, Russia, Korea, South Africa, Sweden and Tanzania among others countries across the globe will take part the pageant that aims to promote and conserve heritage, culture and tourism.
The event is the first international beauty pageant being held in Nepal upon agreement with Sipiti Media (Zimbabwe), the initiators of the event, according to the press release issued by Eplanet.
“The pageant will be an effective platform to promote heritage, tradition, art, culture and tourism of Nepal,” the statement states.
