KATHMANDU, Nepal–Prime Minister Sushil Koirala address a programme on the occasion of National Science Day at the premise of Tribhuvan University (TU) on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. With the theme Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development, the governments observed the day with much fanfare.
