KATHMANDU, Nepal–Pro-union supporters celebrate in Glasgow, Scotland, on September 19, 2014, as polling results are announced. Scottish voters have rejected independence, deciding to remain part of the United Kingdom after a historic referendum that shook the country to its core.With the results in from all 32 council areas, the “No” side won with 2,001,926 votes over 1,617,989 for “Yes”.
