KATHMANDU,Nepal- In this Facebook post, candidate of Nepali Congress (NC) party Rajendra Kumar KC at a victory rally on Thursday November 21, 2013 after winning at the CA poll in Kathmandu Constituency 10 under first past the post system. KC has defeated Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal aka Prachanda. Prachanda had won from the same constituency in 2008 CA polls with big margin and KC was his nearest rival then.
