KATHMANDU, Nepal- Staffs of the Election Commission busy in packing materials relating to upcoming Constituent Assembly Elections for dispatch to different districts at the premises of EC in Kathmandu. As the election day approaches with only 23 days to go, EC has also intensified works. The country is having the second CA elections on November 19, 2013.
